Lawrenceburg Emergency Rescue Unit is proud to service the citizens of Dearborn County Indiana. LERU provides 24 hour a day ALS coverage. Our service area covers the City of Lawrenceburg and surrounding sections of the county.
LERU is currently the only ALS provider in Dearborn County. LERU is also the only full time EMS unit in the county.
